Seriously, what are you tolerating?
At work? At home?

It’s such a simple, straight to the point question – but the impact of really considering it can be huge!
You most likely have A LOT of things that you are tolerating, in many different aspects of your life and work.
Some may be little things that are a low level annoyance and some might be bigger, more obvious things…
Some of them you might be aware of, and perhaps complain about occasionally – to others, or even just to yourself, and there’s probably quite a few things that you may not consciously realise that they are something you are tolerating.
When you are ‘tolerating’ something, it means it’s something that is happening, being done, or in a current state that you really would prefer was different from how it is – but you haven’t done anything about it – yet. [such a powerful word!]
